HPQ Living was designed by world-renowned architect Hadi Teherani and is already a true urban legend. And with that, not only two icons of their industry, but also a minimalist meets a maximalist. The result? A unique apartment in which the personal signatures of both merge into an unprecedented, elegant symbiosis – and turn living into an experience.

Green Living

Green Living is more than just a trend for us – it's a promise of how we want to live in the future. At HPQ, sustainability is linked with big city design: A green courtyard concept with around 100 trees as well as gentle hills and retreat zones create a quiet, nature-oriented oasis in the middle of the metropolis.

In addition, the project is equipped with smart technology and modern infrastructure: Selected apartments have smart home systems for intelligent control of lighting, blinds and heating, and around half of the underground garage parking spaces are equipped with e-charging stations. A clear commitment to low-emission transport.

This combination of green design, energy-efficient solutions and digital intelligence creates a living space that combines environmental awareness with urban comfort – and thus redefines living in Frankfurt in a sustainable way.
