WORKING DETAILS AT HPQ LIVING

The ensemble of condominiums in the HAFENPARK QUARTIER is approaching completion with great strides. In the EAST SIDE, the screed work is almost complete and the high-quality stoneware tiles are already being laid in the bathrooms. The Fineline frames of the flat entrance doors, selected exclusively for HPQ LIVING by architect Hadi Teherani, are being installed in the EAST SIDE and GARDEN SIDE. In the HIGH SIDE residential units in the towers, the well-cut floor plans will gradually become visible as the drywall is installed. The passage adjoining the ensemble to the north for the development of the GARDEN SIDE is as good as finished, so that planting can begin here soon.

BEST OF BEST: HPQ WINS ICONIC AWARD

In the competition for the Iconic Award 2022: Innovative Architecture in the category „Architecture Domestic“, the project prevailed against numerous competitors. In addition, the residential towers by star architect Hadi Teherani were awarded the „Best of Best“ label. Initiated by the German Design Council, the Iconic Award is considered a unique tribute to the most successful architecture and design solutions. The award ceremony for the Iconic Awards 2022: Innovative Architecture will take place in October at Expo Real in Munich.

Construction progress in the HPQ - outside and inside

The high-quality natural stone façade, which will be visible from afar and shape the character of the residential ensemble in HAFENPARK QUARTIER, is almost completely installed. And the interior work is also making great progress: While the screed work has begun in the condominiums on the East Side, the first drywall has already been erected in the High Side and the sliding doors to the loggias have been installed, from which residents will soon be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the Main River or the Frankfurt skyline.

Glamour in Hafenpark Quartier Frankfurt

The progress of the construction work in the HAFENPARK QUARTIER directly on the Main River is becoming more and more visible: The structures of the HPQ LIVING ensemble have already been largely fitted with window elements and the installation of the facades made of natural stone and aluminium has begun. At the same time, the interior fittings and installation of the building services for the 288 flats, townhouses and penthouses are in full swing.

CHRISTMAS IN THE HAFENPARK QUARTIER

Whether flat, maisonette or penthouse, there is always room for a Christmas tree – soon also in the condominiums in HAFENPARK QUARTIER, because construction is still going on diligently shortly before the holidays. The HPQ team wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2022. Please note the changed opening hours of the HPQ showroom over the holidays: closed on 26 and 29 December and on 02 January 2022.

HPQ is growing in leaps and bounds

Now that the structural work has been completed, things are progressing quickly. The façade elements are currently being installed, and the façade of the Scandic Hotel has already been completed. At the same time, work on the East Side natural stone façade is underway.

One of Frankfurt’s currently largest project developments, the HAFENPARK QUARTIER, is celebrating the completion of the shell and the start of the next construction phase with the topping-out ceremony of the premium residential project HPQ LIVING on 15 September 2021.

HAFENPARK QUARTIER TOPPING OUT CEREMONY TO TAKE PLACE SOON

The topping out ceremony for trades working on HPQ LIVING’s freehold apartments in the HAFENPARK QUARTIER district of Frankfurt will be taking place soon. It is planned for 15 September 2021. The exterior shells of the GARDEN SIDE and EAST SIDE complexes have already been completed, while work on fitting out of the interiors and installation of building services is in full swing. Construction of the twin towers has reached the 13th floor.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IN HAFENPARK QUARTIER PROGRESSES

The shell of the HAFENPARK QUARTIER FRANKFURT is almost complete, the towers of HPQ Living are currently up to the 10th floor. Currently, the windows are being installed at the edge of the block and the model façade has been completed. The interior work in the basements of the condominiums has already begun.

THE SKYLINE OF THE HAFENPARK QUARTER BECOMES VISIBLE

The second construction phase of the HAFENPARK QUARTIER in Frankfurt’s Ostend, building construction is visibly progressing.

The new silhouette of the Main embankment in Frankfurt’s eastern east is already taking clear shape. Many of the condominiums in the new in the new building will have a fantastic view of the skyline of the Main metropolis. The ensemble HPQ Living was designed by star architect Hadi Teherani.
